How the process works:
Secure Your Consultation:
Click ‘Start Your Project’ to request a date and time. I will confirm your booking or offer alternatives that fit your schedule, making the process as seamless as possible. To secure your appointment, payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Questionnaire and Agreement:
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with the agreement and a short questionnaire. The signed agreement formalizes our collaboration, while the completed questionnaire helps me understand your style, preferences, and specific needs. Once I receive them, I’ll be ready for your consultation.
Consultation (In-home or Remote)
Based on your location and preference, we’ll conduct an in-home or remote consultation:
- In-home consultations involve me personally taking measurements, photos, and detailed notes to capture every element of your space.
- Remote consultations require you to share photos, videos, and measurements, enabling me to provide precise and tailored recommendations.
This step ensures I capture your style, functional needs, and aesthetic goals to curate a space that feels both beautiful and thoughtfully designed.
Midpoint Check-in
Before finalizing your design, we’ll schedule a check-in to share initial ideas and ensure we’re on the right track. During this step, I’ll present preliminary concepts and gather your feedback. This collaborative process allows us to refine the design early on, ensuring the final result aligns perfectly with your vision and expectations.
Design Report
Once your Design Report is ready, you’ll receive a tailored plan that suits your project’s scale and needs. The timeframe may vary based on project scale.
Elements of this package may include a detailed concept board, floor plan, custom color palette and paint selections, clickable shopping lists, and step-by-step instructions to bring your design to life. To ensure a seamless process, the report is designed to guide you step by step, making it easy to transform your space with confidence.
Revision and Support:
One revision is included to fine-tune the design to your liking. You will also have access to dedicated support for 10 days after delivery, making the implementation process smooth and stress-free.
Project Completion Support:
For those who need hands-on assistance, this optional service is where I step in to ensure your design is implemented flawlessly. Beyond the plan, I can manage the details—from overseeing furniture arrangement to styling décor and adding those final, essential touches that make a space feel complete. I’ll be there in person to help you translate our shared vision into a finished home, offered at an hourly or flat rate.
I also discuss and consider any plans to sell in the next 3–5 years, ensuring that every update increases your home’s value and attracts prospective buyers when the time comes.

Remote Design
No matter where you live, my personalized service is available remotely as well. I aim to create spaces that feel uniquely yours, tailored to reflect your personal style and enhance your comfort. My goal is to transform your vision into a reality you’ll love coming home to.
I provide you with a unique Design Report, a comprehensive package that may include space layout, furniture and décor recommendations, a custom color palette, and a personalized shopping list with hand-picked items perfect for your home.
Room Refresh
Not every project requires a full renovation, sometimes a space just needs an attentive update. Room Refresh is designed for those who want to reimagine a room using a mix of what they already own and a few carefully chosen additions.
