How the process works:
Secure your Consultation
Click “Start Your Project” to request your preferred date and time. I’ll confirm your booking or suggest alternatives that fit your schedule, keeping the process simple and flexible. To secure your appointment, payment is required within 24 hours of confirmation.
Questionnaire and Agreement
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with the agreement and a short questionnaire. The signed agreement formalizes our collaboration, while the questionnaire helps me understand your property, staging goals, and target market. Once I receive them, I’ll schedule a Consultation and begin shaping a staging plan tailored to your home.
Consultation (in-home or remote)
Based on your location and preferences, I’ll conduct either an in-home or a remote Consultation.
- In-home Consultations involve me visiting your property to take measurements, photos, and detailed notes, allowing me to fully assess its potential.
- Remote Consultations require you to provide photos, videos, basic measurements, and, if available, a floor plan or sketch, so I can accurately evaluate your space.
This step allows me to identify your property’s strengths and uncover opportunities to maximize its appeal to potential buyers or renters.
Home Staging Report
Your Home Staging Report will be delivered as soon as it’s completed, with the timeline depending on the scope and specific needs of your project. This package may include a room-by-room staging plan with recommendations for furniture placement, décor styling, decluttering and organizing strategies, any necessary updates or repairs, and a curated list of suggested items to enhance the home’s overall presentation.
Designed to elevate your home’s appeal, the report helps attract potential buyers or renters and supports a faster, more competitive sale or rental. Comprehensive guides are provided to make implementation simple and stress-free.
Revisions & Support
One revision is included to fine-tune the staging plan, ensuring it highlights your property’s strongest features. You’ll also have access to dedicated support for 10 days after delivery, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence as you implement the staging plan.
Post-implementation check-in (optional add-on)
Once the staging plan has been implemented, you can choose a final walkthrough session focused on refining the details. During this review, I’ll help fine-tune the presentation through subtle adjustments such as furniture positioning, styling tweaks, lighting improvements, and final decorative touches, making sure everything works together seamlessly to impress the buyers or renters.
This optional add-on is available for a flat fee.
Project completion support (optional add-on)
For those who prefer hands-on help, I offer optional, in-person assistance to help bring the staging plan to life. From arranging furniture to styling décor and adding the final touches, I’ll be there to ensure your home is fully prepared to impress.
This service is available exclusively for in-person home staging projects and can be offered at either an hourly or flat rate, depending on the level of support required.

Remote Staging
Distance doesn’t limit the quality of guidance. Through an online Consultation, I assess your home using photos and video, offering tailored advice on how to refresh and stage your space using what you already own.
Following the Consultation, you’ll receive your Home Staging Report, a clear, actionable plan designed to help you stage confidently and present your home at its best for listing.
