How the process works:
Secure Your Consultation
Click ‘Start Your Project’ to request your preferred date and time. We’ll confirm your booking or promptly offer alternatives that work for you, making the process as seamless as possible. To secure your appointment, payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Questionnaire and Agreement
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with our agreement and a short questionnaire. The signed agreement formalizes our collaboration, while the completed questionnaire helps us understand your property’s unique features, your staging goals, and the target market. Once we receive them, we’ll schedule your consultation to develop a personalized staging plan tailored to your home.
In-home or Remote Consultation
Based on your preference and location, we’ll conduct either an in-home or remote consultation.
- In-home consultations involve touring your property to take measurements, photos, and notes, allowing us to fully assess its potential.
- Remote consultations require you to provide photos, videos, basic measurements, and, if available, a floor plan or sketch to help us evaluate your space.
This step allows us to identify your property’s strengths and uncover opportunities to maximize its appeal to potential buyers or renters.
Unique Home Staging Report
The Home Staging Report will be delivered as soon as it is completed, with the timeline depending on the scope and specific requirements of your project. This package may include a comprehensive room-by-room plan featuring recommendations for optimal furniture placement, décor styling tips, decluttering and organizing strategies, any necessary updates and repairs, and a curated list of recommended items to enhance the home’s overall presentation.
Designed to enhance your home’s appeal, the report helps attract potential buyers or renters for a faster sale or rental at a competitive price. Comprehensive guides are provided to support the staging process and simplify the implementation.
Revisions & Support
We include one revision to refine the staging plan, ensuring it highlights your property’s best features. You will also have access to dedicated support for 10 days after delivery, providing guidance and clarity as you implement your staging plan.
Post-Implementation Check-In (Optional Add-On)
Once the staging plan has been implemented, you can choose a final walkthrough session dedicated to refining every detail. This review ensures your home’s presentation is market-ready, making the best possible impression on potential buyers or renters. We’ll provide insights on subtle adjustments, including furniture positioning, styling tweaks, lighting enhancements, and final decorative touches, ensuring every element works together seamlessly to impress the buyers or renters.
This service is available as an add-on for a flat fee.
Project Completion Support (Optional Add-On)
For those who prefer hands-on help, we offer optional support to guide you through the process. From arranging furniture to styling décor, we’ll ensure your home is ready to impress.
This service is available exclusively for in-person home staging projects and is offered at either an hourly or flat rate, depending on the level of assistance required.
