How the process works:
Secure Your Consultation:
Click ‘Start Your Project’ to request your preferred date and time. We’ll confirm your booking or promptly offer alternatives that work for you, making the process as seamless as possible. To secure your appointment, payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Questionnaire and Agreement:
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with our agreement and a short questionnaire. The signed agreement formalizes our collaboration, while the completed questionnaire helps us understand your preferences, style, and vision for your space. Once we receive them, we’ll schedule your consultation to begin designing your tailored palette.
In-home or Remote Consulting:
Depending on your preference and location, we’ll conduct either an in-home or remote consultation.
- In-home consultations involve assessing your space, discussing your goals, and gathering key details like inspiration photos and existing finishes.
- Remote consultations require you to share photos, videos, and inspiration boards along with any available samples or swatches.
This step helps us align your vision with our expertise to create a cohesive color story for your home.
Unique Color Report:
Your detailed Color Report will be delivered as soon as it is completed, with the timeline depending on the scope and specific requirements of your project. This package may include two custom color schemes with paint brands, codes, and finish recommendations, along with guidance on testing and applying the colors. Comprehensive guides are provided to help you implement them confidently and effectively.
Revision and Support:
We include one revision to fine-tune the color plan, ensuring it aligns with your preferences and suits your space beautifully. You will also have access to dedicated support for 10 days after delivery, offering guidance and clarity as you implement your new palette.
Color means more than just paint on the walls – we also provide color suggestions for finishes like flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, and more.

No matter where you live, our Remote Color Consulting service provides personalized guidance to help you transform your space. Our approach combines a keen eye for color with attentive listening to refine your vision and align it with your home’s unique character. This collaboration ensures that each recommendation harmonizes with your furnishings, architecture, and personal style.
Through open communication and your active participation, we’ll pinpoint two color schemes that make your home look and feel exactly how you envision it: balanced, cohesive, and uniquely yours.

We recommend painting large samples on multiple walls and observing them for 24 hours to see how they respond to light, as well as changing moods and activities.
